I'm back fm gb camp!! Miss everythin in my house, especially tv, pc and bed. We went to raffles marina, near malaysia, for our camp. That campsite rocks as its a country club. I kept comparin it with my sec 2 camp. Both the campsites hav their pros and cons. Raffles marina hav nice food and in the toliet, there are air conditioners, music, hair dryer, two black leather benches and it doesn't stink at all. However, the activities, instructors and campfire nite isn't that great. As for the changi coast adventure camp, its the other way round.
We gt to sleep in tents in the tennis court which is at the rooftop. Oh my god!! No beds given!! Aww... We rather sleep in the toliets then.
The activities are almost the same as wad i had in sec 2 camp like kayaking, rafting, blindman's trail, rock climbing... There's also archery there.
It was such a torture to sleep in the tent as mosquitoes are everywhere and its hot and stuffy. So the seniors decided to sleep out of the tents leavin vivian and i inside the tent. Cool! We had conquered the whole tent!! Although we knew that mosquitoes will definitely fly in and sting us to death, but still gt to leave it open or we would suffocate to death. When i was sleepin, that stupid vivian kept kickin around. I woke vivian up in the middle of the nite to go toliet with me and wash my legs cuz the itch is really unbearable.
It rained the next day and it flooded our tent, so we gt no choice but to sleep in the toy room, and it hav gt aircon. Yay!! Sijia slept with me as i'm sharin e sleepin bag with her. We chatted with each other until we were tired. In the middle of the nite, it was very very cold and to my horror, its onli 1 plus. I thought its gonna to be mornin and the instructors will come to switch off the aircon to prevent me fm freezin to death. At that moment, when i was shivering, a stupid thought just pop out in the middle of nowhere and that is whoever guy who giv me a thick blanket, i will stick with him forever. I woke sijia up to go toliet with me and we were happy that the instructors had swtiched off the aircon in the toliet. So, we dozed off for a few minutes on the leather benches.
When we went back, i told sijia that we must think of another way to sleep as we nid the sleepin bag to cover ourselves and we were clever enough to use the mattress. Oh my... We should hav do that long time ago.
The next day arrived and i finally can go home. I dun miss anythin there except for the toliet. I would hav a toliet like that at home next time..... when I'm rich! ^^
